Would you agree that a higher being isn't necessary for there to be peace and love?

i believe in neat fun invisible things no one knows anything about that wish us well have no wish to be worshiped and have less direct effect on the world we live in then we do ourselves.

i can happily go into greater detail and often do. but naming them is just as silly and mistaken for niche beliefs as it is for mainstream ones.

Religion as it is constantly being proved on a daily basis, is uncompromising and evil in the sense of being bad. All belief in a higher being and its associated fairy stories are simply a mind fuck that allows leaders and governments to control the masses by fear. Even science is turning towards the ways of magic, imagine how the vast expanse of the universe formed in a split second from something unknown that is Infinitesimally small. The whole world is mad mad mad....

When I was young I was pagan but these days i am more agnostic. I basically do not worship any dieties and practice any organized religion but I do believe in spirit worlds and astral planes. I was raised 3rd generation Unitarian. Unitarian, pagan, Rastafarian, and Universalist are not on the list.

Likewise, there was no option for this so I did not answer.
As you say it's not really a religion itself but a faith or spiritul path that could be also religious depending on your own following or branch. You could be an Indian mystic or a Cornish witch and be Pagan both are incredibly different paths :)

So isn't 'pagan' too loosely a definition then? I mean if I was a cornish witch or an indian mystic I would not describe myself as just a pagan. It's like an umbrella term for a whole other section of beliefs (faiths).

Anyone I'd free to believe whatever they wish, but please try not to put down other peoples beliefs, I believe that's unfair as well just because you don't believe in what they do doesn't make them wrong or right that's just what they choose to believe.

The world only begins to make sense when you view it free of religious distortion. Even the happiest obedient slaves deserve freedom.
