Nope. Probably just going to stay home, get drunk and eat cake, like the boring fart that I am.

I actually have no idea what I'm going to do yet. I might fly back to UK and maybe spend New Year's in London, which I'm sure would be so great, but I'm also pretty sure that my friends here would be so mad at me if I didn't stay here with them. :D They better think of something FUN for us to do. :p

I bartended for 5 years in downtown Chicago and from my working experience, I would NOT BE CAUGHT in any bar on NYE! NYE is for amatures.

My wife and I want to go see this really Great band playing here in Chicago, but due to her being pregnant, we are going to hang at home.............

We will be home for New Years.

I had an awesome New Years last year. We watched Closing of Winterland December 31, 1978. It was perfect.

It won't be the same that's for sure. At least Jessica Simpson and Nick won't be doing it. I can picture those two with their cheesy comments. Probably next year. lol

Yeah, I heard the same as well and I will be staying away from the tv that night. Wait, I stay away from the tv most nights..........
A friend told me that Umphrey's McGee will be "streaming online" from The Vic NYE. I have to look into it, but if so, I can guarentee that I will be listening from my home..............
