I like Neil Young's the best... a live version with Booker T and The M.G.'s or some band like that. It rocks so hard.. that song made him one of my favourite musicians.

My least favourites are Lenny Kravitz's and Eric Clapton's that they did together (a cover of Jimi's cover... ) and all I've heard from the Dave Matthews Band sucks ass, and wouldn't you know it, so did their cover.

    I like Keller Williams' cover...

What exactly do you mean by "or some band like that"?!?!? Haven't you heard of Booker T. and the MG's??? Born Under A Bad Sign?!?! Stax records?!? Albert King???? Steve Cropper?

    Booker T. Jones.

When it comes to the Memphis sound, Booker T. Jones has been delivering smooth, gospel and blues tinged music for over 40 years....

hendrix is the best, after dylan heard hendrix sing all along the watchtower, he said something like he was gonna try and play it more like hendrix does hahaha. I still think there is nothin like bob doing it but hendrix is definately second. Keller does do a killer watchtower though.

I really dont care for Dylan's rockish version of All Along The Watch Tower... i prefered the folk version of it.... Jimi did a great job of giving a rock feel to it though

You need to listen to more music. :p haha.

I kind of got tired ot All Along The Watchtower, actually... I liked Dylan and the Band's version at his induction with the rock hall of fame... Hendrix's too.

On the contrary of what has been said above, I really liked the one with Dave Matthews, the live one from the Central Park Concert. I also like Neil Young's and Jimi Hendrix's as well. :)

Ahaha... same reaction I had, Teh Kryz

I really like Neil's... It's a three way (no pun intended) between Neil, Keller, and Jimi.
