So I found myself the other day for over an hour at the doctors office.......damn if they didnt forget I was in their little room waiting for them DOH! and I have just came across this Very interesting book called "Something More-Excavating your authenic self by Sarah Ban Breathnach. Well with over an hour to get into the book I have found it to be very inspiring and has a very uplifting and powerful message behind it. I guess the other wrote another book called Simple Abundance before it, guess I will have to check that one out to. Its funny bc I came across this book on a whim. I happened by an old friends house and she has a new roomie, true hippie and she happened to be planting some herbs indoors and I had started that myself only a little while ago so I got BS wit her and she says well u got to read this book. So heck if I didnt get to enjoy a book I dont normally think I would have picked up but bc she recommened it I took it with pleasure and have now found myself something to read. I find reading has been my hobby for years......I was reading "No one here gets out a live" which is all about Jim Morrison but its been so damn hard lately and I have needed a pick me up so this new book I think is just what I needed. the coming global superstorm. pretty interesting stuff. just going thru the part of the book that tries to show that human civilization was quite advanced and then wiped out by an ice age. one of these days, i'm going to sit down at the computer with that section of the book and google some of the things it's talking about.
