I have never actually seen 100% shea butter - I flipped when I saw this African dude selling a whole table of all natural products. He was selling the butter for 10though and it seemed a bit steep, so we put it down and started to buy some soap(really cool "african black soap" made with palm oil&palm kernel oil-smells great).. he asked how much we had and gave us the vat of shea for 7 since we were buying soap.
...well, i thought it was cool I think I annoyed my sis gushing about it.

 

Getting addicted to gardening

I've been repotting my aloe plants and taking a few sproutlings off them,Ive put a few of my chilli plants outside to give them some fresh air, um done a little food shopping and been recovering from a hangover, might watch a film in a bit, don't know what tho (scratches head)

 

haha I am such a haggler, if that guy was like SHEA BUTTER TEN DOLLA I'd be like no 4 dolla.... and probly get it for 7 anyway but I haggle with all street vendors. If there are no price tags on their crap, I name my own.

chillin' with my family. then going to my man's family's cookout (god there's a fucking cookout every damn weekend with them and half the time it's supplied by our food stamps ) and then off to the solstice festival!!!!

It's hard to concentrate while hooping with it....I get distracted by the pretty colours and lights.

 

do you make hoops mamma? I was going to go buy some pipe stuff to try and make my own. If you do make em...any suggestions? oh and nice pics!

Thanks Mandy! I loooove my LED hoop; a friend of mine makes them.

I make regular hoops, out of irrigation tubing. I like different sizes for different styles of hooping, but my favourite basic size is 3/4 inch diameter tubing, about 10-11 feet long. I like to use different PSI's too, some of my hoops are firm and don't lose their shape, but they bruise me if I use them for long periods of time. So I keep some softer ones on hand, they don't stay round while your hooping and they're bendable, you they are easier to cram into your car.
Just go to a building supply store and ask where they keep their irrigation stuff is and see what feels best for you.

I am soo pissed! Had the worse day and have four shitty days ahead of me. I left my phone at my sisters house and they brought it over to their friends, wasted my credit and forgot it so I won't have it for a few days. Tomorrow my in-laws are coming over. They arrive at 10:30am and have already invited themselves over. It's ridiculous, they come over when Rance is working and I have to hang around with them. They arrive at my door at 10:30/11 and don't leave till 9 that evening all day expecting mw to entertain them. I realli won't be able to handle them this week as they fucking piss me off to no end and I think some harsh words are going to had to be said which is going to be awkward and horrible. Also without my phone I won't be able to contact my mates to use them as an escape

Awww Lux! I feel for ya. I was just informed that my in-laws will be here next week for a few days (no exact date of arrival or how long they'll be here) aaaand they are bringing my favourite (sarcasm alert!) niece with them. Where they all expect to sleep, and what I'm gonna feed them, IDK.

Urgh in laws. The very thought of entertaining them alone makes me poo poo.

 

it's just such a horrible feeling going to bed thinking: tomorrow is going to be crudtastic. they are rude and annoying so I think I'm just going to be exactly that back to them. I'm not putting up with them, I'm going to piss of into town and buy more art supplies and lock myself in my room painting and sewing like a loon. I have an exhibition in August so I can use that as an axscuse for not seeing them as much
