Pregnancy can cause mild cramping, especially during the first trimester.

The discharge is something you need to see a doctor about. Yellow to greenish discharge is not normal, and needs to be tested.

Some quick info about the "possibilities" people listed:

    Bacterial Vaginosis

Women with BV may have an abnormal vaginal discharge with an unpleasant odor. Some women report a strong fish-like odor, especially after intercourse. Discharge, if present, is usually white or gray; it can be thin. Women with BV may also have burning during urination or itching around the outside of the vagina, or both.

    Trichomoniasis

Some women have signs or symptoms of infection which include a frothy, yellow-green vaginal discharge with a strong odor. The infection also may cause discomfort during intercourse and urination, as well as irritation and itching of the female genital area. In rare cases, lower abdominal pain can occur. Symptoms usually appear in women within 5 to 28 days of exposure.

    Candida (yeast) infection

Symptoms of vulvovaginal candidiasis, i.e., an overgrowth of Candida albicans, include:

Itching, soreness and/or burning discomfort in the vagina and vulva
    Heavy white curd-like vaginal discharge
Bright red rash affecting inner and outer parts of the vulva, sometimes spreading widely in the groin to include pubic areas, inguinal areas and thighs.
These may last just a few hours or persist for days, weeks, or rarely, months.

Symptoms may sometimes be aggravated by sexual intercourse.
