Hi, I've been trying to lose a bit of weight and because it's healthier than eating chocolate or crisps when I can't be bother making proper food, I've been interested in trying raw food snacks. Does anyone have any tasty but unusual raw snacks, not just like an apple on its own.

why not just an apple?
fruits and vegetables are probably the best raw foods you'll find. celery especially. y'know those strings in celery? your stomach takes longer to digest those, making u feel fuller longer.

maybe you'll like tortillas. toss one in the microwave for like 15 seconds and it'll be soft and "steamed"-like. fold it for thickness and chomp.

You don't have to eat 'raw' food to be healthy. Rice cakes are a great snack if you want to lose weight, trust me.

Our bodies are much better off eating cooked foods. We get more nutrition in this way. Apparently, our bodies became suited to cooked foods.

You can try eating some of those healthy cliff bars (oatmeal is great food)
