Now they offering facial firming cream for men. Now women used to corner the market on trying to stay young looking and such and men well used to age and for some odd reason to a point alot of women found that attractive also but now I guess the race against time is on for men too. Well I will gracefully loose that race.
Does that suprize you for some reason? Reasonable men have always kept good care of their faces. The same routine that is good for women- wash, tone, and moisturize-sun block and occasionally exfoliate is good for men too.
nothin wrong with wanting to take care of your skin, regardless of gender (did you not notice the whole metrosexual movement there ynb?)
Oh I noticed but I also notced the fade and return of bell bottoms, break dancing, the cowboy look, heavy metal, big hair ect. Im not a fad kind of guy. Give me a pair of clean jeans, a clean shirt and white tennis shoes and Im good. Allow me a shower at least once a day, my scrubber so I can add my liquid soap to it and scrub real good, some OS deodorant and my electric razor to trim up the beard and lastly a little colonge and I feel pretty good about life, oh yeah and my apple shampoo, love the smell of apples, lol Thats my idea of any sexual movement. I tell ya Im just a plain old boring dude.
I know for certain that my husband would never use that stuff. He could care less about "beauty" routines. It works for him though, because the older he gets, the sexier he looks in my opinion.
He has great kids and a wonderful wife of coarse as he ages he is looking better and better, happiness has a way of doing that to people.
men i like a dirty look, greasy hair and all that stuff. way much better than a superclean beautyqueen
Finally, men are experiencing what women have been going through since the dawn of time. Being worried and concerned about their looks...and having society making them feel that way.
Aw yes but lets see how many are ignorant enough to fall prey to it, that is yet to be seen. I think woman as well as men should do for themselves and not for others.. You have to live with yourself not others.
please men were the first ones to make use of the corset they used to wear heels, wigs and makeup to boot and still be "manly" just as of late they ahvent' followed such traditions... "since the dawn of time" must've started in the 1900's or somesuch
men look better as they get older. dave used to be a goofy lookin bastard. now he's turning teenagers heads. that's my man.
I disagree...women have always been seen as objects in the eyes of men, from the Neanderthals to modern man. Sure the standards have changed...but "beauty standards" have always been important to men in our society...and if women didn't meet those standards they were shunned. Shit like that doesn't change...and it hasn't started occuring just in hte last one hundred years. It's too much ingrained in our society to start that late.
i use facial wash a few times a week...exfoliating and what not to help get rid of black heads. thats about it. i rarely use shaving cream to shave...
I think we can all agree on that...but our society..specifically in the US (I've never lived anywhere else) it sure isn't going to happen anytime soon.
But did you use a cream that is suppose to firm up your face and pull out the wrinkles? Botox in a bottle for men, lol
I'm not really sure whats so wrong with that, though i don't feel the need to use it. Seems like people being are proud of being dumpy and condemning those who feel like they want to try keep their skin healthy. wearing jeans and a t-shirt is fine, but bragging about it is as retarded as bragging about wearing desinger fashions as far as being "forced" worry about your looks, be it women or men, you simply aren't, and if you feel that, its you talking to yourself
not really so much as wrong but rather just a sign of the time I guess. Seems there is a product for anything now and now they have men in the competition too is all. If a person wishes to go for it then so be it.
