What if we end up liking 6 eyed's cousin more than we like him

oh wow @ this thread

This is the last time I leave my laptop open while crashing at someone else's pad.

Now he knows my handle, and what board I go to.

Indeed my cousin could have done a lot worse with my open account LOL. I looked back at my post history, just to be sure it's 100% me.

Anyhow, I'm taking my work-free schedule to travel and visit my last surviving grandparent who may or may not be around in a year. Some of my cousins live in the same county as her. Last night we went to a honky tonk bar where they serve $1 drinks on Wednesday night. Not my usual scene, but I've never seen such an amazing deal in my life.

1 dollar is usually a special price, although it's not a terribly unusual special. there's a few places around here where the regular price is $1.50 though.

or you could just buy in bulk; pitchers around here are $5-$6 and hold about 6 beers.

There was one place in Oklahoma we used to go to, The City Limits. During Happy Hour Bud and Bud Light were a penny, but there was a $6.00 cover to get in. I did my damnedest to make sure they lost money though.

That's cool. I'm not visiting the Midwest though; this bar is in central California. Still a phenomenal deal though Midwest or not. Things tend to be less expensive out there compared to Cali

I got a couple free drinks the other night. One was because of a tapped keg. Think the other is because I told the bartender I liked her shoes.

Need to use that one more often.

They WERE nice shoes. No bullshit.
