not sure how long ill be going for...see heres the thing, i moved down to orlando florida in january...but like a month before i moved i got an underage consumption and did some community service and alcohol classes and paid some fines and i THOUGHT after i got all of that done and since i let them know i was moving out of state..thought i was off probation in ohio. come to find out i come back last thursday drove 16 hours to get here so i can get myself a new car to go back to florida with in like a month..aaand i was at a friends house, only like 3 people there besides me and i cracked open a nice cold budweiser..not a "get drunk" kind of beer just a social hey how's everyone doing kind of beer ya know? well cops showed up cuz one of the kids parked his car kind of in this public alley, the door wasnt all of the way shut because its got to be locked for it to shut all of the way and someone had just left like 5 minutes before...they did their "cop knock" and pounded on the door..door swung open because it wasnt locked and he saw a bag of weed sitting in front of the kid sitting next to me on the couch. and then he saw a beer sitting in front of me that was open and he knows that im not 21. gives me a breathalyzer i blow solid green instead of flashing so since theres a 0 tolerance for underage drinking in the state of ohio, i get charged. i go up to the probation office to make sure im not on paper here still and come to find out they didnt let me off and im still on it until 2011. i got myself a lawyer i go to court on thursday so i guess we'll just see how shit goes. i come back to this town for ONE day and i get charged for drinking ONE beer. and even better, SAME cop pulls me over the very next night at like 2 in the morning. gives me a pbt and like 3 field sobriety tests and i pass them all. searches my car finds a seed and now hes trying to threaten me saying he will make my life a living hell if i dont tell him some info or drop a name. so yea, now i got the biggest asshole of a cop stalking me the whole fucking time im going to be in town. FUCK VAN WERT OHIO!
