Before this gets locked, know that The only reason this isn't in the computer help thread is because it kind of has to do with my problem.

Whenever I go in Firefox or IE and type in a website, the browsing history will blink real a whole bunch of times, and I can't click on any of the links. This also happens when I open Windows explorer to look at my files or something. When I click the search engine thing next to the address bar, the menu for the search engines won't go away either and it prevents me from typing anything in the bar. When I CTRL BACKSPACE pages close also.I tried reinstalling Firefox, but that didn't help, and now I'm doing a virus scan. Also, its a laptop, and I've been using a monitor with it and putting the monitor on the laptop, if that has anythign to do with it. It isn't a heavy monitor either.

find also comes up for no reason

Sounds like the laptop keyboard keys are being inadvertently pressed. Try taking the monitor off the laptop and open it up. Then see what happens.
