    It may sound like a weird question, but I want to know- after a surgery, will a FtM climax just as hard as they did or were capable of before the surgery?

    It pretty much depends on what surgery and how that individual achieved orgasm before.

    I feel its better than before, I've just had my first stage phalloplasty done
