I haven't gotten my period in a long time, I lost count how many months now... probably at least six... maybe more... I'm not sexually active or anything so I know it's not that, but should I be worried about something else?

This happened to a friend of mine and for years they told her she had ovarian cysts, but now the doctor says she has some condition that causes her body to make too much testosterone.Don't panic, but go to the doctor.

If you're really active in sports or just changed your diet it might have some effect. I don't know.

i had a friend in college who was like this as well. they kept asking her repeatedly if she was pregnant, and she had to continually repeat to the doctors, "NO, I'M NOT HAVING SEX, I DON'T EVEN HAVE A BOYFRIEND, I AM DEFINITELY NOT PREGNANT."

    doctor's visit definitely won't hurt ya ;)

No regular cycle at 15 is really pretty normal...most women don't experience a regular period cycle until they are in their 20's. If you are worried about it, go see your gyno. So many people are terrified to go to the doctor, but the whole visit goes by pretty quickly, and isnt nearly as traumatic as some people make it sound. Go get checked out, you want to be sure that you dont have anything going on down there that shoulldn't be happening.
