This is what happenswhen you post if only 1/2 awake. IF we use thursday as a check in day, our final check in for the year will be december 30th, and we can enjoy the 31st weigh in free.

Lace and feet - The Crack would help with weight loss if and only if I were actualy using it, and didn;t care about the long term health effects. My father is about 5'11 and used to weigh 225 pounds. After years of a high crack diet and the world famous healthy homeless lifestyle he's down to 130 pounds! So I guess it's quality of weight lost rather than quantity? manko - your BMI is in the healthy range, good work
