That's what I was thinking at first, but I think he's talking about extracting the thc into a liquid.

well, ideally everclear 190, or strongest proof you can find. I say grind it to powder, then put in liq. then shake 2-4 times a day, for about 3-7 days. 3 min, 7 max, should be legit.

    you got it!
i think green dragon requires boiling alcohol, which I'm not to comfortable with considering the fumes followed by explosions.

Boiling alcohol? It would just evaporate.

How did the green dragon not work? THC is soluble in alcohol. Usually people steep it for 2 weeks though, shaking every day, and keeping it in a dark place. I bet that tastes awesome, lol.

Why a dark place? Wouldn't a sunny windowsill work better? Seems to me that would warm the alcohol, and make the extraction go more quickly.

I thnk it's the same reason that you don't keep yur bud on a windowsill.

Well, that would be because you wouldn't want it to dry out, or be seen by either unfriendlies, or too friendlies who might want to smoke all your weed. A bottle containing a clear liquid with a greenish or brownish powder on the bottom would not be as obvious to prying eyes, and dehydration would not be a problem.

I have been putting my stems into a bottle for over a year. Everytime I get a new sack I put all of my stems into this bottle. Every once in a while take a shot to see how it is and then replace it with some more liquor. I only used 80 proof liquor but it has been sitting long enough to extract anything. My friend wanted to try some the other night and he was tweeking hard. Then again he was smoking also. This stuff is dank. It tastes like pot with oranges. I don't think I ever want to make a "quick" batch and waste good weed. I might use swagg if I am going to make is special.
