i have tryed www.geocities.comin the past and well i liked it but it does not give to many thing to put on your site.
well you could use hippy.com. go up to the scroll bar at the top of hipforums that says hip universe and then scroll down to where it say free website and thats how you start.
All things considered you get what you pay for. Make it good enough and you can get people to subscribe like Skip is able to on this site. But bandwidth costs so you are only gonna get so much for free.
