I remember back in the day I used to get pods off of ebay and make tea with them and it was great. I recently bought pods from several online vendors (not sure if I can name names, but the ones that come up when you google "Poppy pods"), but was disappointed to find that they didn't do anything for me. At first I was just smashing them up with my hands and soaking them in near boiling water and lemon juice for a few hours. I seem to remember this working in the past. I then even ground some up to total dust and steeped - again nothing. Curious if anyone else has noticed that pods are weak now a days? Wondering if there are any good vendors out there selling strong ones like back in the day?
