Hahaha... no all weed doesn't burn you out nor does it all make you feel lazy, cloudy, etc. That was the main point of the post, if you don't have to smoke beasters you shouldnt because there are thousands of strains that produce different effects. Sativa dominant strains like Hazes for instance shouldn't make you very tired at all. It should be a more uplifting high. Indica's are noted for a stronger "couch-lock" effect.

and as far as flushing goes... I agree however its important to point out (like you noted) that during the mass production of a lot of BC bud flushing is ignored. And thats REAL bad for your lungs and brain.

so why exactly do the growers remove the "resin glands" like that says? I don't understand what they would gain by going through the trouble of removing them, if the end product contains almost no thc. I mean, I've smoked beasters a few times and although it wasnt great stuff, it got me high in the end; so how does it contain "little to no thc"? Maybe the stuff I smoked wasnt really "beasters" or even grown in BC, who knows, or maybe it just wasnt grown by the assholes described in that post.

some growers remove the crystals to make hash, then compact and ship the buds.

some times the crystals are lost during shipping...

either way, the buds still look presentable and sell pretty well. i think that most beasters are still pretty potent regardless of this loss. though they are not exactly top quality.

i do have plenty of hate for beasters cause they sell for nugs in my area and they smell like uncured poopy ass weed that are never dry and always taste like shit fuck. i wouldnt mind if the bud was cheaper which it should but i only will buy this bullshit when im completely dry

I remember last year beaters were everywhere but I never bought any. People would bring them over saying they paid 40-45 1/8 and they would be moist, no crystals, and taste bad. I never said anything but kept that opinion in the back of my head... I guess I know now why I didn't like them.

You should have told them, so they don't waste their money in the future.

Yeah, but they seemed to think it was good shit. I didn't want to come across as elitist or something, you know? At the time I didn't know they were 'bad' buds, so I just let it slide.
