what is somethin that would want to chill with me in my room, o say while i surf the web, but not get into a whole lot of trouble

i was thinking a lizard, or maybe a chincilla, maybe even a ferret something really cool, but really chill, and friendly, that i could let loose in my room safely.

Do you have anything against a rat? They make great pets.

    Rabbits :)

Not suprising if you see my sig. Branwen's been around four months and I'm hooked on bunnies. She is beautiful for sitting quiet, we watch MASH together. She stays in her run or hutch during the day and comes indoors in the evening to play. It's a great set up.

If you adopt from a rescue centre (V good idea) then they can help you find one of a suitable placid nature. The lively ones tend to chew and/or dig.

If you want to know any more just ask, PM or whatever.

Ferrets are not chill pets and they deffinately don't stay out of trouble but they can make you laugh like hell. Chinchillas don't like to be held a lot. Lizards are good chill pets but you have to know how to take care of them before you get them. I'd say a bearded dragon would be a good lizard.

Ferrets are very hyperactive and they run and hop around and steal things. For instance, if you leave your keys out somewhere you are screwed (happened to me) the ferret will drag them under a couch or somewhere you are not likely to find them. They are theives! But really cute theives. The ferret my friend had used to hop in the air, from side to side to side, he was a crazy little bugger. We laughed at him all the time:)

When they hop around its known as the ferret war dance. Right after doing the dance they go nuts . I have three ferrets who all have different personnalities for example Ghetto Dude is a suck up if I yell at him while holding him he will kiss me until I laugh. Tweak is a goof every time he gets excited and turns around he runs right smack into everything. Jynx is a bosy little witch who always wants to have her way and if she doesn't get it watch out. Its fun to watch them interact with each other they're always doing something weird or funny.

    Get a budgie.

My mom has a Budgie and this bird is cooollll.

It sits on my mom's shoulder all day..or hangs out in the lilac bush when my mom's outside.

she leaves the cage door open when she's home so Bernard can come out of it whenever he wants and plays on his really huge jungle gym set.

this is the most spoiled bird EVER.

Lizards are cool too...but they stress pretty easily like most reptiles..so you cant hold them that much.

Rodents always seem to overly-active...they dont how to just..chill.
