its all fine ans dandy if you plan on selling.. most dont.. So why have it appraised that high..
assessments are for the county tax gains and nothing more.
If Im paying schoool tax I dont want to see truancy, and if the parents are fined for thier truents they should pay it.. 9x's out of 10 they dont!
Then lets see the money go to the VFD.. not for more school shit.. :toetap05::mad:-2 emoticon

I thought this site was gonna be about....how to use your friends house as a way to smoke weed and throw a party.....that's what my old dealer did.....instead of using his place for parties, he went to his friend's house to smoke weed, and make a trash of the place when they all got liquored up

Yes, the whole of Fairfield country is actually pretty damn rich, where all the rich people in the area go to retire or all the rich business people that work in NYC but don't want to live in NYC go to live. They're filthy fucking rich. But on the flip side Bridgeport, New haven and Hartford are some of the poorest cities in the country, we might be the richest state in flat out numbers, but we also have the biggest gap between rich and poor. In our news last month there had a big story on how we are now officially the most expensive state to live in, I believe it was about $22 an hour someone would need to make to live alone in the average 1 bedroom apartment

On this topic though, I wish I cold find the original site we found in 10th grade, even had previous owners names and layouts of the house on it. My friend and I caused class warfare in our math class, we looked up everyone's house and made a list of most expensive to least valuable ones and put up the list in class, which arose the "wtf, just how fuckin rich is your family, why the fuck do I always pay for shit when we go places...." ect

i couldn't use that site on this computer (since it's from the fucking 90's), so i went on the downstairs one and looked my shit up

it was 312,000 and all the surrounding houses were 293,000. ours is a solid 20,000 moar because we have a super huge deck and gazebo, where all my smokaging takes place :p

they said we have 5 bedrooms though.... lol i'm like 90% sure there's only 4. maybe they count the downstairs computer room as a bedroom... that'd be awesome to have that room. i'd be sneaking out evvvvvery night

I personally like my dads house better :p
I just realized it says my dads house has 1 bathroom, but we have 2 and half baths. XD

I live in NC our standard of living. is alot lower... so my house, which is relatively big. Would cost probably as much as a 2 story house in NY if our standard of livings werent the same. But I live in the suburbs, not the ghetto. Here our ghetto houses can be bought really cheap like 60,000.
