Has anyone ever had a partner ask this of you? Such a simple sort of request, yet I don't know how common it is, say, during the warmer months.
No I have not but if I did have a partner ask me wanna go barefoot I would say hell yeah let’s go. But where I live there’s not a lot of people that go barefoot . Around there house yes but going barefoot like at store and fast food places and restaurants no at parks maybe one person out of 50 or sixty people.
Took my wife to a park a few months back and invited her to walk barefoot with me. At first she didn’t then after five minutes and encouragement from me sh took her shoes and socks off and walked barefoot with me.
Now that’s awesome and it’s awesome to have your spouse walk barefoot with you. When I was married my wife and I would walk everywhere barefoot all year around. I wish I could find someone to walk barefoot with me but it’s hard to find that someone.
I have never had this happen unfortunately Probably the closest I have come to it was a really good mate of mine back when I was in my 20's, Casey, who I often went barefoot with. We would often go to the local pubs barefoot and play pool and just hang out sans shoes. Going barefoot was never discussed but just considered what we did! I often think of those times together and wonder if our "relationship" could have gone further than just going barefoot! Such a missed opportunity for me, and with the benefit of hindsight, I really do think for him as well
