I know how you feel. I used to get up for work at 3 45 to be there at 4 15. Every morning was a 'hate-fest' of me cussing and complaining about my job(whichI really did love) Try setting aside an entire day to stay in bed. It makes the week go sooo much better
I used to party til roughly 2 am on friday night and get up 4 am sat morning. When I would come home at 1 30 I'd eat, clean and sleep from around 3 in the afternoon til 9 or 10 the next morning
