I read somewhere that some B vitamins can cause intense dreams, and it happened that I was (with no good reason, just talked myself into thinking it would be good for me) taking a B-complex vitamin regularly, and noticed intense nights of dreaming. So in fact I've checked, read it in a lot of sources, and it seems to work every time--take a B-complex vitamin before bed, and vivid dreams! It's quite cool. Anyone else found this? And by the way, any other recommendations on easy ways to have awesome dreams? The dreams from the B vitamins aren't wild, just very vivid and lengthy. It's fun.
