The only STD, HSV-1, is from kissing either girl. Most HSV-1 infections are acquired during childhood and are passed through the exchange of body fluids. So he may already be infected by kissing mom as a child for example. Condoms work at a high percentage rate in the prevention of passing disease from one to another. It has been proven that infections are not passed along by touch as in a hand job. I've been with many masseuses having either a hand job to full service. Always used condoms for FS and have never tested positive for any STD's. If the OP cannot get past the thought of himself being infected he can get himself tested.
