I love coconut oil. I make sure to use it especially in curries.Make sure that it is stored in opaque containers, as light destroys any nutritional values.

I would like to know more abut this, as I have heard palm oils and other solid oils are bad for you. However, this isnot the stuff you buy off the shelf at the Food Mart. I am sssuming this is a higher quality oil that doesn't elevate any bad stuff in your body.

I got mine at the local HFS. A lot of doctors and older medical literature will tell you that it is bad for you. Once again, as we all know, this is one of those thingss you'll have to decide on for yourself.
    Try here...
Take into consideration that Mercola is considered a nut by most traditional doctors...

    That should get you started

    Cool!!!!
I have some MS symptoms, and my grandmother, who is an alt.physical therapist/nutritionist, went to one of his lectures in Portland, and he signed a book for me, saying that MS is curable, with diet and excersize. Especially rebounding, which gramma does religiously.

Thanks! Gramma is beautiful, healthful, kind love. She is incredable. She had a stroke last year, so is lessened somewhat, but still more intense than most people I know, irrespective of age. Portland is sweet. It gives one dreams after one's moved away...
