    how do i get avi's and mpeg's and other movie files to play on my ipod? theres probably a program that does it but what is it?

    well, that would work, but only on the pro version. and i really dont wanna hand over any more money. know of any FREE ways i can get them on my ipod?

    Get FFMPEG. It's free and can convert between tons of formats and such, just convert shit to mp4 :D XviD avis seem to be the easiest to convert for me.. :confused: You may have trouble converting .movs, or I did anyway, but that's cause of binary codecs and such and not having 64 bit versions etc. :rolleyes: Anyway, FFMPEG. :D

    I use the Jodix Free iPod Video Converter. I believe the you can get it a download.com . It's pretty slow, but it gets the job done.
