If I take 2 5/500 Vicodin at around 12:45, will it be safe to drink later on tonight like around 8 or 9? Or should I just put off the drinking altogether. I'm kind of a noob when it comes to opiates haha. Thanks!
I've done it many times, and never had lab work come back showing liver damage. It seems to increase alcohol tolerance, at least in me. And you're not quite as "down" from the alcohol.
^^^It has the reverse effects on most people, the alcohol potentiates the opiate, in this case hydrocodone, which is a relatively weak opiate, but 10mg of it to a 'noob' can definitely get you feeling good. But 7 hours later there will be very little effects left from the vicodin so you shouldn't really notice them when you start drinking at all. Maybe a little bit, but nothing serious or dangerous, just maybe a little euphoria and giddiness, nothing wrong with that right?!?
When I drink beer alone , I usually get tired of it after 8-9. When I mix it with Hydrocodone, I'll drink 3-4 beers to get a little beer buzz going, then take about 20mg of Hydro, which changes the whole character of the experience. After 6-7 I'll do another 10mg, then another 10mg at 9-10. It really increases the euphoria of the alcohol, and increases my tolerance. I can drink easily 15 beers this way. I also take mega-doses of vitamin c to help protect my liver.
wow. vitamin C is not going to help you homie. Pray that soon you can grow your own liver from a stem cell and replace your destroyed one soon. I know I am.
I have lab work done every 6 months, and so far my liver is fine. As far as vitamin C, I've heard that mega-doses can provide protection to the liver, even on this website. I don't know, it may be a bunch of bs. You can see anything on the internet. All I know is that all my lab tests come back good.
Do you have hep c? If not I don't believe you that you go get your liver checked every six months. What do you tell them, "I do a lot of drugs, and I'm a bit concerned about my liver"? You must be the most paranoid, responsible drug user ever.
No paranoia here. Nor hep c. I get my medical care from the VA. I have an appointment every 6 months, and a lab every 6 months. I take meds for cholesterol and triglycerides that can have side effects that harm the liver, so I get a whole battery of tests checking my liver function. Satisfied? Probably not, but I could give a fuck.
