What is your first experience with using medication for male erectile dysfunction? I am hoping to try soon. Do female partners find real benefits of their male partners using the medication?
I guess I am qualified to answer this question: I’ve been taking sildenafil for well over 15 years now. First off, you say you want to “try” it. This is a prescription medication that you don’t just “try“. You take it under a doctor’s order. The generic things you see on the Internet are not real. You can only get this stuff at a pharmacy. It helps you get and maintain an erection. It is not a magical super pill that turns you into a porn star. It does not keep you hard after having an orgasm. It does not make you last four hours. It works exactly as the manufacturer describes. Anything else you hear is just urban legend. Due to other medication that I take for pain, my prescription has increased to 100 mg. My personal physician is a great guy. He prescribes 30 of the 100 mg pills every month with 12 months of refills. I take it every night before bed. My wife and I still enjoy a healthy sex life, but even then, it’s not more than twice a week. I take it daily as a maintenance drug. Again, this is done under doctors orders. There are side effects. You need to discuss possible side effects with your physician before taking a medication like this. Your physician will also be the best person to tell you what dosage you should be taking.
I agree with you. It is prescription only where in the UK this can be bought in the chemists with a brief face-to face or online consultation for erectile dysfunction. I am in my late 60s and my wife 10 years younger. At times I had some difficulties with maintaining erection until both finish. So I started with 50 mg and it was really fantastic. I used so far on two separate days.
I’m in my mid-50’s. My problem was similar to yours. I was able to get erections, but if we stopped to change positions, I could lose my erection. The sildenafil has solved that issue. I should mention that there is one side effect that I rather enjoy: since I take it every night, sex or not, I wake up with an erection that is as hard as Chinese algebra. And it lasts for at least an hour after I’m out of bed and moving around. And I still get semi-erect throughout the day! It’s like high school all over again!
I too have trouble getting and maintaining an erection, what are the side effects of sildenaphil good and bad.
So far I did not have any side effects. My erections are very firm and long lasting. I was able to gain in length and girth while on sildenaphil. Before sildenaphil maximum erected length was 5.5 and girth 4.5". with sildenaphil length 6" and girth 5" with rock hard rigidity.[/QUOTE]
It’s awesome. And it won’t make you last for 4 hours but I do last longer when using it . I’ve never had any side effects. I guess some people can get headaches. If it’s foe Ed I don’t know why someone would take one a day.?
Good: Easier to get an maintain an erection Safe medication Inexpensive Commonly prescribed Great morning wood Bad: Congestion (easy to fix with spray decongestant) Facial flushing Blueish vision (if you take too much) Heart palpitations (if you take too much) Do not mix with nitrates Do not mix with certain blood pressure medications Talk to your doctor if it’s right for you and what the starting dosage for you is. If you don’t have an ED issue, this isn’t going to do anything extra for you. That is all Internet Urban Legend. This does exactly what it it’s supposed to do. If you don’t need it, don’t take it
Really viagra is 70 a pill. And sindwnifil is 40 without insurance.. i guess you have good insurance!
I use the GoodRX app. Insurance is a joke. They don’t pay much, and they decide how often you should have sex!?!?!. I’m getting thirty of the 100mg sildenafil pills for just under $20. The price depends on the pharmacy. Albertsons grocery store has a pharmacy and they have the best pricing on that medication. It’s a 20 minute drive from my house, but WELL WORTH IT!
I have been using sildenaphil over the last two weeks at least on 5 occasions. It is wonderful. Luckily I did not have any side effects except some initial warm feeling in the face which quickly disappeared after 30 minutes of taking a 100 mg tablet. My erections lasted long even after ejaculating which was a bonus for my wife. She enjoyed having a rigid erect penis inside her after we both climax together. I measure my penis size before and after sildenaphil. The girth and length of the erections have definitely increased. Before my maximum erected girth was 4 inches and length 5.5 inches, now with sildenaphil with visual stimulation it has been 5 " and length 6". I never had chance to measure during our sex session which I assume is slightly more than just during visual stimulation. I hope to switch to Tadalafil (generic Cialis) because my pharmacist suggested it will help to reduce the symptoms of enlarged prostate while helping to have good erction..
I had tried it, as well as Levitra, but I found better results/performance with viagra (sildenafil). It just seems to work when you need it to work.
No, not daily, but as needed. I have in several mg sizes. If my wife and I know we will have a sexual active weekend or a few day together. I will take my Cialis. I do not take it daily. I don’t have to. For me, it’s just handy to have. We have routine sex on average of 3 times weekly at our age. I don’t really have erection problems. We are Lifestyler’s so it’s nice to have it. 10mg gives me a full headache. You must evaluate your on use and level of sex play. Why wait money, if you are not sexually active. I will say Cialis works well for me.
My female partners don’t have time to notice the difference because I eat their pussy first to intense screaming orgasms , my ex who is 74 only wants to have orgasms with me sucking her clit
I’m 69 years old and have been using Viagra since I was 50 but I was diagnosed at 50 with Hypogonadism and my testicles had stopped producing testosterone and sperm so I started on testosterone replacement but I can guarantee that without the normal level of testosterone the Viagra won’t work now I inject testosterone once a week in my butt cheek and the level is 568 normal is 300 to 1200 but my sperm count is still almost zero every so often the Dr has me ejaculate into a cup and they check sperm and prostate fluid but at my age I masturbate almost daily although I don’t ejaculate every time
I'm 76 and have had prostate cancer and a prostatectomy. I use viagra, and it works somewhat. I'm not always able to have penetration. I can about 20% of the time. When I cannot, I masturbate and she helps me with her hands. I love her handjobs. She uses toys and has wonderful orgasms. She encourages me to masturbate. She'll say, "jerk it, cause that's all it's good for." And I do. We had started masturbating together before my surgery, so we were very comfortable with that kind of sex.
My opinion is that those pills should not be wasted, rather to be used when it’s going to be worth using. The only thing I could complain about it is that it gives me a headache. What I could describe as a double edged sword is that it takes me longer to orgasm. I like it so I can stay hard longer, and I certainly do. And I even get hard again much sooner than without using it. And I can go a few rounds were as any normal times without it I may have to wait at least an hour and a half if not more before I am ready again. And it’s not from lack of arousal or desire. And I can go a few rounds were as any normal times without it I may have to wait at least an hour and a half if not more before I am ready again. And it’s not from lack of arousal or desire. I’m not her undesired side effect I already mentioned is the delayed orgasm and ejaculation. I love being able to penetrate much longer to give my partner pleasure and especially myself but often I had not achieved orgasm until late in my second round. And I found it resulted in orgasm only one time, And I found it resulted in orgasming only one time, sometimes twice.
It is nice to hear the good effects of the medication. Are you using Viagra (sildenaphil) or Cialis (tadalafil)? I am on tadalafil lately because sildenaphil caused me mild headaches.
