2 cans red kedney beans 1 can black beans 1 can drained sweet peas 2 cans tomato paste 1 cup chicken broth 1 TBLspoon sage 1teaspoon salt 2tablespoons soysause 1 hotpeper 1/3 cup of both graded garlic&ginger 1/2 lb ground venison meat / beef < i perfer venison if i have it > 1/4 cup veggie oil put choped hotpepper and oil in botton of large pot mix sage salt and soysause into meat by hand or mixer then mix in the garlic and ginger blend till everything is mixed in well turn on ur stove top to med- high and combine the meat w hot peper u want the meat to be crumbly , it will take up some of the peppers that is fine u want to cook the meat till it is no longer red. then add in one can tomato paste and stir into the meat , then add in the kedney beans and black beans Dont drain u will need the juice from the can to help w the concidency of the chilli . next u add in the drained sweetpea .contiune to stir untill thurally mixed . then u want to add in the cup of broth u can add in more if u like a looser chilli . turned down the heat to low or med- low , for an hour . stir every 15 mins. u can cut up 4-6 cloves of garlic into small chunchs to add in at the 30 min mark. when it is done , u can grade new york sharp chedder to taste or any other cheese this can even be store baught graded cheese. note: the mixing of the ginger and garlic into the meat made it pop for me it added layers of flavor i made this tonight becuase one i love venison and i love chilli , if u like this and can think of anything else that might add to the cooking please post along with thoughts and comments all my relative

Pour the chili around the hot dog and then cap the thermos. Use the floss to pull the hot dog out of the thermos and into a hot dog bun.
