So I've come across a few vendors. Seems like they're all oversees though. I'm curious what people think of inside/outside CONUS with regard to security. Seems like folks outside would fall outside of the US gov'ts direct jursidiction, but then again anything you order has to go through customs...

Outside the US. It just makes sense. They have no jurisdiction. If they send you stuff through the mail, do you think the us will wage war or something? hehe. Mr. CONOUS. Why did you capitalize that?

You are in the military aren't you?

Makes sense, I just can see it both ways. I don't think it's that hard these days for the US to throw it's weight around and get other countries to help them out. I guess I got used to saying CONUS and OCONUS when travelling for business, just nice and short. I'm about as military as a turd with a buzz cut =D

That is most definitely military. I think you meant to be sarcastic, but that is what most of us are...

Being a vendor you are far safer outside of USA and UK. European vendors usually don't have much to worry about because their laws are so lax. Even Canada has laxer laws.

As for getting product, that depends on where you live. If you live in USA its way safer to get product that is already in USA: it doesn't go through customs just USPI. Stuff from out of country goes through customs and USPI. Thats the main reason a lot of drugs are so much more expensive inside USA: you are paying the cost of the producer + the cost of the importer(s) + middle men etc. For example, grams of ketamine from india usually sell for $4-$12 depending on amount, but the second they are inside USA they are worth ~$25-$45+ each. The price increase is because you are paying someone else (the domestic vendor) to take the risk of importing from a supplier. In Europe the same K would be worth ~$12-$25 a gram, because the European vendors are taking less risk importing. Pretty much the drug market is a mixture between a risk market and a bulk market, the more risk you want someone to take for you the more you need to pay them, but the less likely you will get fucked. The more product you want to get, the less you need to pay for per unit.

Importing drugs also looks much worse than moving them domestically, and although I am not positive I think it probably comes with a higher penalty (I can only find federal trafficking laws, not international).

Also it doesn't matter to YOU where the jurisdiction is. It isn't like they are not going to charge you because you got your shit from China, they prob wont try and get the China dude extradited but they won't not raid you because you got something from another country.

If you live outside of the USA it also depends on where you live. USA to UK mail usually makes it. USA to Sweden is less friendly, Swedish people have better luck getting from China. Australia has a hell of a time getting anything in from anywhere, which is why domestic Australian drugs are so expensive.

I prefer to purchase domestically if the price is right (to avoid customs or really any shipping issues).

So for the buyer, purchasing within the US is safer.

Your best bet is just to move to europe though! Binary got it right again.

I took it as you ment for the vendors outside the US. If a US vendor goes down there is a WAY better chance they can seize records of who bought what. There is also a WAY better chance of them going down to begin with. Like i said the US has no jurisdiction outside of the country so even if on goes down outside the country, they can't use the info in germany to arrest you in america. (save the interpol, unlikely).

If you are talking about if it is safer for you, then the mail part is way safer inside the US (Obviously). The record part is way safer outside of the us (obviously). Personally I think US vendors are more likely to go down than for customs to actually send the DEA or federal LE agency to get you over 3 grams of legal stuff through the mail...

Plus, keep in mind this stuff IS LEGAL. They have to find you using it to catch you. Do you think they are going to track your IP and every website you've visited over the last year just to bust you on 5 grams of various LEGAL chemicals? You are using it as a fly repellent if I remember correctly, right? Or where you using it as a grease cleaning agent? Slim chances I think. I do know however that I have ordered more than 5 different chems and I am safe... I use my CC too. I wire transfer WU with my real name.

Tell you what, I will have my wife post that I got caught if I ever do, OK? :p

If it's legal how come all the webtryp vendors got arrested. They sold for research only. Some of their customers got visits from DEA, albeit no charges pressed. In UK around two dozen of their customers got raided, and they got traced down because they used their credit cards. Anyways no more ranting from me, just saying it all hehe.

Why use your credit card and real information if you don't have to? Are you really willing to take that chance? Do you honestly think the DEA just says "Fuck it, they are ordering LEGAL chemicals - we have no choice but to completely ignore this!"?

Maybe you won't get arrested - but don't think your in the clear. Things are changing and the DEA is paying attention to all of this. Including your "legal" research chemicals. Which are not actually 100% in the clear legal but ok.

Don't let your want to easily and quickly acquire rare substances online cloud your judgement and foresight. Its just not worth it.

No no no! I love your talking binary. You make me feel scared and like I am watching a horror movie. :)

If you read the report, do you know what they said? The companys KNEW they were selling to people who would use the chemical. THAT IS illegal. If you buy it for the intent to injest then it is illegal. Know what you are really using it for and its not illegal. A good lawyer could easily prove it if you didn't eat it. j

About the UK, I don't know their laws and I am pretty sure that the reports you were talking about were ordering scheduled chemicals. All of the phenethylamines are scheduled over there. I don't know about the rest, I am an american. I would love to be enlightend though! You are the most interesting read here, that is for sure. Plus I learn a lot from you.

Gdeadhead, These things ARE legal. It is black and white. If you are ordering them to eat then they are ILLEGAL. I know I could easily defend myself. That is on the off chance that they even ask me. Simple, if you are going to eat it or use it to get high, its 100% ILLEGAL. If you DON'T plan on getting high with it, then it is 100% LEGAL. It is black and white in the analogue act, isn't it? Who cares what you heard. Don't use it illegally and you wont be breaking the law. To simple, right? They can't send you to jail over not breaking the law.

Do you think LE or a jury of your peers is going to think for one second that you ordered psychedelics from an internet vendor to test their melting points for academic research or to clean your toilet lol. I'm just saying I wouldn't rely much at all on that defense.

The point is if you don't have evidence that I used it then there is no crime. Innocent until proven guilty, right? Plus I would make sure I had some sort of evidence to prove that I was not using it. If I stuck it in a cup for a month to repel flys, how can they prove me wrong? They need evidence to arrest you in the first place.

I'm sure you really take such precautions. It isn't hard to take minor precautions - Such as not using your own credit card. Or just changing the details on the W/U form from your own details. So why not? Because you want to be able to wave your middle finger in the DEA's face when you show them the cup filled with RC's that you have been using to repel flys - supposedly proving to them that you aren't using them recreationally?

    Smarten up.

SO since everyone is getting wordy with me, SHOW ME A REPORT OF ANYONE GETTING BUSTED FOR POSSESSING A RC. There can't be any evidence that they were going to use it as a drug in the report either. ANY REPORT in america. Just one! plleeasse, then I will admit defeat.

    until then, STFU

I'm not saying you will necessarily get arrested for possessing a research chemical - although it is a possibility. I'm sure you may get out of being prosecuted and it would be rather difficult for them to nail you with a charge. BUT if you could easily avoid getting investigated in the first place....then WHY THE FUCK NOT?

How many times do you need me to repeat the same point before you understand what I'm trying to make clear?

also food for thought: how many people got busted buying and selling steroids online prior to Raw Deal? A few, but hardly any.
