I know it's a stupid question but I'm indecisive and need some oneto dictate to me....so take a vote! Should my next garden be a vegie patch or flower bed?

I would go for the vegetable patch. You get the pleasure of eating your own homegrown organic food that you didnt have to pay for.

Why not both? Plant flowers in and among your vegi plants to encourage benificial bugs, bees, and birds. Plus some flowers repel pests as well. Also some vegies can also be flowers and flowers like calendula can be put in salads, etc.

Don't go one or the other, do both!

Yeah, plant both. On top of the bugs and such, they compliment each other as far as which nutrients they take from the soil and what they give.

I like growing flowers, they make me happy. Also I grow an herb garden that's really nice as well. You can't go wrong, whatever you decide.

Well, I've decided I'll grow a vegie patch, seeing as though most of the votes went that way...But yeah, I'll probably grow some flowers in it as well, some daaiiiiiiises......pretty......

    Thankyou!!!!!!!

Yeah, do both! I've seen some gorgeous gardens that combine the two. I'd recommend planting some nasturtiums. They repel pests, are pretty, and are damned tasty, too!

I think you should do a rectangle shaped bed with flowers lining the outside and veggies on the inside.

If I had to choose, Id fill it with concrete. I hate doing yard work.

We have enough concrete with the Wal-Marts and such. Plant a tree or some awesome herbs. :)
