    Mixed Veg Green Curry.

    What you need:

    Tofu (firm) Sliced into cubes
    Button mushrooms Sliced
    Tomatos sliced
    Cucumber sliced
    Brockly
    Peppers cliced
    Cabbage clied
Thai Green Curry Paste (some times hard to find fish-free varieties) 1 Tbsp
    Coconut Milk 150ml
    Chillies sliced
    Garlic sliced
    Onion sliced
    Soy Sauce
    Brown Sugar 1 teaspoon
    Rice
    Olive or vegetable oil
    Wok

    How to Cook:

    Heat the wok with oil.

Begin to boil the rice at the same time so it'll be ready at the end.

First fry the Tofu until golden brown and remove it to drain.

Next add the chillie, the garlic and the onion along with the mushrooms and peppers. Stir-fry.

Now add all the veggies and salad. Stir fry for a few minutes but don't overdo it or you'll lose the crunchiness of the veggies.

Now add the teaspoon of brown sugar. Stir. Add a dash of soy sauce. Stir.

Next Add the Green Curry Paste and the cocunut milk together.

Stir it all well and now add the tofu and stir for a couple of seconds until yiou are satisfied its ready.

    Serve with the rice.

You should now have a delcious and spicy Thai vegetable curry!

It's all about the timing and preparation. Practice and add what you want to it as you learn.

The whole preparation and cooking time should be around half an hour if you get your skates on.
