Hi, I was pondering the effects of vasodilation through primarily ( l-arginine) in which it could possibly enhance the effects of other medications 1st to shorten reaction time 2nd perceived potency increment what do you think........
experiment 1 340mg of L-arginine in the form of (libido-max) 1 cigarette mixture of (wicked xxx blueberry and vanilla tobacco) after taking a full dose of the L-arginine and waiting approximately 4 hours then smoking the 1 cigarette I was completely high by the end of the cigarette. Though I can not conclude at this time that the L-arginine had any affect on the the wicked xxx and will list the problems that need to be corrected to fully understand if this will work items to be corrected 1. obtain pure l-arginine (there are too many things in the Libido max to tell if this worked at all) 2. reduced and record different times between taking the l-arginine and smoking the wicked xxx 3.purify the wicked xxx (do not add any tobacco to the wicked xxx) 4. need a control experiment in which no l-arginine is taken 5. do not eat or drink anything / very little between taking l-arginine and smoking .................................................. Once these steps are achieved then one could have a better understanding of the combination .
I think that it won't change the pharmacodynamics. If it was a large molecule or barely passed the BBB then there might be an effect but in this case I think any effect would only be physical. I still like the experiment I mean who knows thats how we find things out. Of course it would go a long way towards validating it if you had it placebo control.
Niacin is also a potent vasodilator. Since I've started taking it I've had to cut down on blood pressure meds.
probably a ways from doing a placebo controlled study but i have jwh018 and arginine alpha ketoglutarate. I'll try the jwh018 sometime w/and w/o the arginine.
really!! how much is a normal dose of your bp med and how much do you take after taking the niacin...and how much niacin do you take
Ive decided to scrap this experiment because their is no need to make jwh-018 and faster than it does
Bump. Search for an herb named Mullein. Many species may be found, but one seems a common weed across the North America Pacific coast, on south-facing, sandy, well drained soil. Witch doctors in the area have learned this imported plant from the old world causes vaso-dialation of the bronchial tubes when the vapours of combustion are inhaled deeply thereof. Probably already added to your primo 'spice' blend incense, but an experienced herbalist probably know where a field is growing wild in the ditches nearby, if you need to 'roll your own' here... Also available on ebay, etc bs. In Europe it was used by maidens, cosmetically. The 'velvet plant' has small hairs covering the leaves which irritate the skin and when rubbed on your cheeks, form a lovely, organic, natural form of rouge. More interesting to me, though, is the sensation of inhaling smoke - and instead of a seemingly instinctual constriction of the throat, the opposite occurs. Kinda like miracleberries, nature can seem to defy itself (psst - that's a part of nature too).
