Hello All- i just bought the VaporGenie, and i was wondering if any others owners out there could drop me some tips and little tricks for better usage....thanks.

 

I donno...at 50$ it seems kind of ripoff-ish. And for sure you can't get only the vapors with this , it will go higher than the optimal vaporization temp.

 

Be careful, your sucking in alot of butane using that thing...

 

I've had the VaporGenie for a few months. It works VERY well, but I used to use it a lot. Now that I really started thinking about the butane and all, I don't use it anymore. I'm trying to think of a safer heart source, however, because it IS a really great little piece.

 

Get some coals, the ones that are used for hookah tobbacco and cut off a peice small enough to fit in the hole and light it...

 

butane for a vaporizer? i thought they were all electric.

 

electric and butane some are or some arent

 

you can use wooden matches (the site says it's designed to use a lighter OR matches)

or you can get a "real" vaporizor.

 

Tried matches, but then you're inhaling the flame exhaust and matches aren't consistant enough to really use well.
