I kid you not, I had a client come in yesterday with her papers in a plastic bag, she told me her dog peed on them. I politely told her that I was not going to touch them, she said well they are in a plastic bag, well HELLO, at some point I would need to take them out of that plastic bag. Maybe I am getting old, but I really hate dealing with the public, when did we get so ignorant and stupid? I really worry for our society.
