Over the night it seems that my PC has caught a virus called Bloodhound.W32.EP and it's disabled my ability to sign into MSN Messenger. I don't suppose any of you guys has a file or program to cure it?

    Try downloading Avast! Antivirus

    http://www.avast.com/

    And start using Trillian :p

By the way, either I've got the same virus or there's been a massive coincidence. While I was reading this post, I was trying to sign into MSN. Didn't work. Just tried Trillian too, and that couldn't connect to MSN either. Bugger.

    (Edit) Ahh, hang on.

From the sounds of it, the virus you have is Norton virus protection's default term for a virus it can't identify. Personally, I'd remedy the situation by uninstalling Norton, but that's just because I hate Norton. Long story. I recommend you follow the advice in the link :)

Re-read my post...I edited it to add some information I found out about Norton. If you use Norton or another Symantec virus scanner, the information you need will be there :)
