Urge Accountability for Actions

Two separate, but similar incidents of negligence have caused the needless suffering and deaths of thousands of young turkeys. A Canadian turkey breeding facility shipped many boxes of turkey poults on July 13th and then again on July 19th. Both shipments were bound for Zacky Farms, a turkey grower & processing facility in Fresno, CA. But the birds were not properly handled and thousands died of suffocation, overheating and dehydration from overcrowding. We are urging Northwest Airline's and Zacky Farms to adopt policies to prevent such deaths from occurring in the future.
