update after blessing my house with sage....

just gotta letcha all know that after I blessed my room and my house with sage, everything has calmed down during my sleep time, and I get a much better nights rest... I havent had a single thing make me want to wake up in the middle of sleep, so Im going to just cleanse my house of all negative energy every couple of months or so..... and make it a thing to be done.

yeah buddy... scrubbing a room and/or the whole house is a regular, mandatory thing for those of us sensitive to all kinds of energies and/or presences. it's amazing the things we pick up from others around us and track home with us. it's like germs lol!!

 

Sprinkle plenty of salt as well to eliminate the negative energy
