Hello Skip from the forum suggested I post in this section of the forum. I am working on a new series for ITV which sees 8 great females attending a real life finishing school in Jan 2006. Do you know a feisty female who could do with brushing up on her 'ladylike polish'? We are looking for larger than life characters who would benefit from a term at finishing school. Do you know a girl who drinks more than the guys? Could she do with some lessons in table manners? Does she walk like a bloke? Could she do with some lessons in how to speak? If you want to know more or can suggest the perfect candidate please call michelle NOW on 020 7013 4547 or email michelle.woods@rdfmedia.com Many thanks for your time in reading this posting. Michelle
finishing school? i thought that went out with women's liberation. i don't like the term unladylike, a real woman doesn't worry about how she walks, talks, or if she can drink the guys under the table. sounds kinda chauvinistic to me. hippiewise angel
Wasn't there a programme on ITV called Ladette to Lady exactly the same? From what I remember the whole programme was full of extremely loud, annoying slags and slappers, I only had to see it for ten minutes before I changed the channel. When will the media world learn that reality tv is over (should have been a very, very long time ago) and is just a cheap excuse for bad television?
I know plenty of lasses who are a bit "rough around the edges" I doubt any of them would do a crap been-done telly show for 15 mins of fame tho' (actually, give them enough booze and they prolly would, for a laugh) try hanging around the halls at Drama schools and wotnot....that's where yer'll find mugs for ya game.....
