As a libertarian type of thinker I love this idea of Universal Basic Income to free people from the system the way it is. Bullshit jobs, as defined by David Graeber, are roles that seem to serve no real purpose or contribute meaningfully to society. When individuals occupy these positions, they often produce little to no output of value, yet their existence then forces even more people to go to work like watching their children fixing their cars... Like it really would be cheaper or should I say beneficial if many people just stayed home. Bullshit Jobs Search #Bullshit jobs like totally changed how I see politics and stuff especially when I hear a politician say "create jobs" like that's the end all answer to everything. I get it many people will say Universal Basic Income that's bullshit why should they not have to work not fair. What's really not fair is #bullshit jobs ! I think in Star Trek people evolved past where we are at now primative ideas like rent and mortgages and taxes they don't talk about it much. Sucks that I probably will never see the 2200s What's the world going to be in year 2326 ? Not like now no way.
