Understanding my foot fettish

Hi all, I was wondering if someone here might be able to help me understand my foot fettish. I guess this could be posted in the Love & Sex forum, but as I know a number of the barefooters here also have foot fettishes, you might be able to help me out.

Now don't get me wrong, it's not like I'm ashamed of my thing for feet... I kinda like it, and think that it helps make me who I am - makes me unique (despite the fact that having a foot thing is very common - although maybe not as common as having a thing for boobs.)

Anyway, I was doing some searches for bare feet (trying to find other barefooters, etc..) when I found this image (if the image does not display, click on the broken image and it'll take you to the page it's hosted on):



Now, to me, that is a hot image. It's nothing more than a pair of female feet, but it looks amaizing. Perfect toes, nice soles - mmmmmmmmmmm.

Now compare that with this image (again, if the image is broken, click on the link):



It does nothing for me. Now sure, they are nice and all, and I could have fun with them... but out of the two images, the feet turn me on... the boobs do nothing.

WHY IS THAT!!!

Does anyone know why you have a thing for feet?

 

Probably because bare feet are natural, and very sensual, and have all those interesting curves...

Too bad you're on the other side of the world. Between your foot fetish and your bicuriosity, we could get into a lot of trouble together...

 

I am very much into nature, and the natural look. Due to this, I prefer the way most women look without make-up on, etc.. I just think their natural beauty should be enough, why plaster your face with whale blubber, and whatever other shit is in modern make-up.

DAMN IT!!! Why are all the best (or at least willing ) ones either taken, or on the other side of the world - that sucks (or rather I wish I could LOL).

Okay, we all know by now that peacefuljeffrey has a foot fetish.
I don't know how they start, and the more people I hear from, the more I think that many of them start in very different ways. Some guys talk about them developing after they're reached adulthood. Mine dates back to well before I could even understand it -- even before I knew of the term "fetish."

I was a little kid, in nursery school (which means 4 or so years old). All I knew about feet was that I was at the same time fascinated by and scared of them. I didn't have any particular reason, but I was very embarrassed to let people see my feet. I remember in particular that we were going to do a project of using fingerpaint to make hand and footprints, and I about freaked out, not wanting to bare my feet in the nursery school to make footprints!

I also remember that I used to slip my finger down into my shoe near the arch to feel the skin of my feet soles. It fascinated me. I also loved any opportunity to see other people's feet -- specifically girls'.

As I got older, into elementary school, I continued to love to see girls' feet, and to wish I could play with and suck on them, but I never did get the opportunity until I was in high school and then in college and beyond.

Understanding it? I think it's something that is as hard-wired into our brains as our heterosexuality (or homosexuality). I think it's a biologically-engendered thing, not environmentally driven. I don't think that any events occurred in my life to make me want to lick feet, that's for sure. It wasn't like I was subjected to being around feet any more than anyone else normally would, either.

You know the way a baby duck "imprints" on its mother, and then follows it around doggedly? I think of feet that way. If I am leafing through a magazine full of celebrities and makeup or fashion models, my eye does not "catch" on a page unless, even subconsciously, I spot bare feet! And if I am in a crowd, like at an outdoor festival, if I am people-watching, nothing catches my eye more than if I am panning the crowd and suddenly I spot a barefoot girl! My eye is trained or equipped to gravitate toward that image, somehow. I think of it like in The Terminator, when he was stealing a vehicle, and the viewer gets to see the mental display of the Terminator, with everything all graphed out and when the program recognizes a specific design of ignition and transmission, it flashes with an "identified" signal. The image before the Terminator's eyes is run against what it knows it is looking for in its memory, and when a match is made -- BINGO!

If you are happy with liking feet -- and of course the challenges that it brings, in terms of how to achieve satisfaction -- then just go with it. Of course, the challenges include finding a female mate (or more) who enjoys letting you have your fun with her feet. It is not as difficult as one might think, since fortunately for us the feet are truly set up to be able to enjoy loving stimulation, either through massage, or tickling, or licking/sucking/kissing. I have met numerous girls who, while they might not have sought such attention, enjoyed it once I gave it. You have to have the confidence to just DO it and see what happens. The chances of a very negative reaction are not high. There is a greater chance of an indifferent reaction, or a positive one. In the case of indifference, some girls will still let you indulge, because most people enjoy letting someone they are with please themselves. Think about it. If you were with a girl who had a crazy thing for men's abdomens, and she just wanted to kiss your stomach, even though you never thought about it being such a great turn-on, you'd let her do that for a while, right? Now, some girls are self-conscious about their feet -- but that's the result of conditioning that tells them all their lives that their feet are smelly and bad and undesirable. So if a girl pulls her feet away from you, you have to reassure her that you accept and love them the way you accept and love the rest of her. Give them a gentle kiss to prove it, and then leave them alone for a while, instead giving her the attention. You can return to her feet after explaining to her that, strangely or not, they just turn you on, and you would like to "play."

Just imagine the trouble you'd have if you had, say, an elbow fetish! What good would that do you?!

It's always nice when you see a pretty girl and wonder what her feet look like, and if you'd find them attractive, and then you finally get to see them some time and they live up to your hopes! I love that!

If I meet a good-looking girl and I find myself attracted to her, but she's wearing closed shoes and I can't see her feet, I don't feel I can commit to truly finding her attractive, and I will be on edge until I can finally check out her feet! I'm probably not alone, among the foot-guys, in this respect.

You know I used to be the same. I reember this one time at infant school (I can't rememebr what age, sorry), although I had a full PE kits, it was the schools policy that everyone done PE in barefeet... I didn't like this one bit, and rememebr making quite a big fuss about it, but in the end gave in and done it anyway.

I guess I've been the same since, I've always felt that feet were kinda sexy, and as such, have always felt they should remain covered, in the same way as girls don't walka round topless, etc..

OK, well I guess, at the very least, we've established that it's something that starts with youth, at least for us... I don't know however, it's still very strange - I wonder if there is a scientific reasion?

Anyway, I've got a lot of work on today, so I'm going to be out for most of it - i'll catch up with this thread later
