    i heard that song on the woodstock movie and i was wondering what Jefferson Airplane album its on?

    i dont rember how exactly it goes, im not even sure if i have the title right. but i do remember i saw it on woodstock and jefferson airplane was doing it. they might have just done a cover, i dont know.

    and if it is a Greatful Dead song, i know its not on american beauty.

    uncle sam aint no woman, but he shore can take yore man!!!

    Airplane does this one on Bless Its Little Pointed Head, a live recording, and a great tune.

    its also on disk 2 track 16 on Jefferson Airplane Loves you. I never seen woodstock or heard the song, I just googled it. The Jefferson Airplane I have is 2400 Fulton street, which is awesome and I reccomend it.

    I'm possitive that those aren't on American Beauty.

    I heard Uncle Sam's Blues on the woodstock movie too. It's pretty good stuff.

    wouldnt surprise me if they did. i mean they played many times with the dead at fillmore and such. in fact there was a few photos taken with the dead and the airplane that can be found on the new self entitled grateful dead dvd including a wide shot of the dead and the airplane and a very big group picture of all of the bands that were playing in the haite ashbury (cant spell it) area. thats a really awsome picture btw
