I'm pissed off right now, they banned willpower for expessing a metaphorical opinion of someone being a drama queen it's bloody redicuous. This forum was the main way I was contactin him for a communal livin project were doing and now some self-righteous moderator banned him for his "free"speech. I'm just asking for some responses or posts of agreement here. I don't have a position, but the sad reality is if you truly want a free speech site for yourself you should start one. This one is someone's baby, they have put a lot of work into it, and if they feel they should ban someone all you can do is what you are doing, or accept it. Freedom of the press is reserved for people who own presses. I didn't see anywhere that this site claimed it was a free speech forum, but that doesn't mean it is not written somewhere. Virtually all forums worth reading are moderated by someone, and they have to make judgement calls. If it was me, I would have apologized. Less drama & easier on everyone. That's just my take on it. Well, I'm not going to judge anyone one way or another. Your right, we can go somewhere else if we need to. I would just like to ask the moderators to kindly rethink what they have done, as he is a part of the community here and a hole will be left when he is banned. Thank you
check the top of your browser when you first enter the forums, and I'm not saying the moderators don't have the right to do what they did, Im saying it is hypocritical twards what they claim to stand for, and I am never tolerant of hypocracy.
my position on this matter has already been clearly stated. i agree will's banning was unjust, and an over-reaction. erowid, i am pming you now regarding will's project.] edited to add that the ban is temporary & will told me he'll be back in 10 days. however, i still think it was unjust in the first place, and stand by those views.
