UFO (Unidentified Feet Object)

OMIGOD there was this guy in the 'hood walking around barefoot and it was only like 40 degrees outside dude and WTF is UP with that and he was just walking his dog and I mean he was otherwise dressed OK except his feet were like totally bare jesus can you imagine in like 40 degrees its cold out there I mean whack job and he was just minding his own business and all but WTF kind of behavior IS that I ask you and
