I've wanted my nose pierced again for a long time.. I had to take it out for work reasons several years ago. I went to stay with my boyfriend in Canada the week before Christmas and we went to an awesome little place and I got it done. Was one of the nicest parlors I've ever been to. Nearly like a doctors office! Close up.. Little further back.. So, this tattoo I have had for about 4 years. It was originally purple but it faded quite horrible. My Dad passed away last year, and I had always sworn I would never get anyone's name on my body, no matter who they are. But.. I changed my mind. I know my Daddy would love it. My friend who did this is an amazing artist and he gave my Dad his one and only tattoo. It looks better than it originally did! And.. here is my favorite! It's funny because people who know their work always ask if it's a stencil. Purple is my favorite color (despite my love for "blue dragonfly." I obviouslyyy like dragonflies. I may get a little bit of blue put in there at some point, but I like how simple it is right now. (It's been forever since I've been on here.. hope everyone is doing pretty good!)
i like the dragon fly. was your friend who did the foot tattoo a professional though? there are some uneven lines, but its not too bad. i'm assuming you didn't have to pay much for it. and the nose piercing looks cute! i've been considering some sort of nose piercing for a long time.
I'm not sure what you mean by uneven lines. It's supposed to be swirly. And the guy who originally did it was a professional, but it didn't turn out super well. The guy who did my dragonfly and retouched and added the daddy to my foot was also professional. I grew up with him and he's been doing amazing artwork his whole life. Yeah, was cheap, but cause we're friends. My only issue is the big space between the D and the a.. But that's no big deal. Go for the nose piercing! I loveeee mine!
i mean, how you can see certain heavy ink spots on certain lines. but perhaps that due to it being such a thin line? and i've always wanted to get TWO nose piercings, on one side. so they would have to be spaced differently. or maybe my septum, but i dunno if that would suit my face.
The foot is one the hardest places for a tattoo artist to place a tattoo..... I think your tattoo look fabulous
Ohh okay! That's because that's how the picture they drew it off of looked. That'd look pretty awesome!
