Tv tuning on linux??

i have a tv tuner and i used to use it in windows to watch cable or hook up my cam corder for a web cam i can fina a tv tuning program for linux other than myth tv any one know of any others? myth tv seems hard to install any help woud be nice

i have a phillips tv tuner capture card saa7134 will this program work i think i have tv time on my pc but i says no video sorce how do i install or find the driver for this card or do i need the driver if linux already reconizes it
