I work alot out in the sun and heat so I dont do a big lunch. Usually its a can of tuna and some crackers. The can says its like 28 percent of the protein needed. So does this just make me happy or does it help me any. Ive no clue why im typing this, well I do but.....
You shouldn't eat tuna if you're a child or a woman of child-bearing age... And if you're a man...well, then your cum will just taste bad.
Imported tuna has an excess of mercury content in it. Mainly white and albacore tuna. I've been told by several people that I should not eat as much tuna as I do, but I've eaten an average of one can a day for the past few months. I'm still living, and actually picking up a bit of weight. If you do physical labor the extra protein you are getting from the tuna will help you build muscle. In fact they say for proper muscle building you should eat about 1 gm - 1.5 gm of protein for each pound of body weight. Most small cans of tuna contain 33gm of protein, so it is good in that aspect.
they say if you eat your share of fish products, later in life, you shouldnt have any problems with loss of vision........
tuna is my weakness against vegetarianism.... i've eaten it my whole life... i love it so much for some reason... i like it mixed with miracle whip and dipped with salted tortilla chips.... or in macaroniand cheese with veggies... i've always eated the regular dark stuff in water though (or i have had it raw in sushi)... does it have too much mercury? and why have i only heard good things about eating fatty fish?
Tuna is a fish. I don't know many tuna so I don't really know if they were good or bad. Like most fish I assume they swim eat and fuck. Mercury is relativly high in predatory fish so you shouldn't eat too much, although in light canned tuna it's negligable.
your kidneys do a good job of removing toxic mercury from you system anyways so a can of chunk lite tuna a day isn't bad
tuna is good, but canned tuna is generally crap. i like a big piece of REAL tuna....fresh tuna..... course there are much better types of fish. i like dolphin fish, salmon, shark, and grouper a lot...... i was really wanting fish earlier. i ended up with chicken.....still, its good....but its not as good as great fish.....
i think you need to eat a variety of food! Tuna is just a kind of food, dont stick to it, change ur protein intake, even if you took another type of fish it would be better. I took a diploma in fitness and nutrition.
