My wife and I have a great relationship. I don't keep anything from here and expect the same from her, except one thing. I smoke weed about once a month. I love it. I do it on my own then normally watch a movie. She works late sometimes so I do it then. I don't want to keep this a secret but also don't want things to change. I would love to do it with her, just us. She has done it back in school but not in the past 8 years or so. I know this isn't that big of a deal, I was just wondering your thoughts. Are there any things you keep from your spouses? is it worth it to keep it a secret?
No there is nothing I keep from my lady! We are very honest with each other about everything and we both like it that way. Trust is a huge part of having a great relationship to us. As far as the weed thing goes if it was a problem to her she would have never got otgether with me in the first place, because it is part of my day to day life and doesn't effect anything in a bad way for myself. Also she likes to partake right before a big night of sex, so it is all good.
Since you are worried about her knowing and how it might affect her, or if keeping a secret might bother you too much, you will probably either have to tell her, or stop. It's on your mind, so clearly there is concern. I keep so many secrets from my spouse !! Trust doesn't get lost with keeping secrets though. It's already gone before that point in time of holding back. Is it that wives and husbands need to know everything anyway? I am not really sure anymore. My marriage is in shambles so obviously I don't know what the hell I'm doing.
Smoke about 'once a month' dude...how is their anything wrong with that? Tell her..its not like you are cooking meth in the kitchen or selling prescription pills on the side...you are trying to enjoy a movie? Just tell her.
