Trust???a Long Hair.........

    So I through a gig in my house,and my parents tripped and grounded me.I guess they didn't like the smell of mj,or they didnt' like watching people on the floor pass out.Now everytime my parents see a long hair,or a girl dress diffrently,they thing of drugs......and I have a problem with this because I cant no longer envite my friends over..........any advice on what can I do to earn there trust back

    Umm I assume you asked them before embarking on this 'escapade', right?
    If not, God have you got some work to do. Not that you haven't anyway.

    Never had that experience myself, from any angle, but can see why they would have issues. The world is pretty scary for parents, they just want to keep you safe and make sure you turn out OK.

    Work hard in school, do chores, all that good kid stuff. Just to show this choice of lifestyle isn't having a negative effect on you.

    Talk though, like the sensible mature person you are, their concerns and reassure them.

    Then maybe then let your parents meet your friends in a more neutral setting, to show that ultimatly they aren't so bad. Obviously make sure you brief your friends first and have them on their best behaviour and looking presentable.

    Learn from the experience, and uhh yeah don't repeat it at least until you've moved out.

    The ONLY way out of your predicament is to kill them, or at least tie them up and keep them in your basement. It's the ONLY way out!
