My friend told me that at his Youth group meeting thing with ~120 people, his group got 80~ of them to fall in love Jesus, I asked what the topic was, and he said they were teaching about hell.. These people were just scared into "loving" Jesus, what do you think?

and also, feeling, christians feel with Jesus/God, what muslims feel with Allah and so on, and muslims are "being lied to", but muslims probably think christians are "being lied to", God can heal people but so can the Devil, so where does it end?? it seems like a big circle of confusion with blame and pointing finger at "who you think" is "wrong" when it goes both ways.. everytime

I don`t know if you`ve heard, but in Mexico.. recently they have found a girl who can heal people named la santita.. she uses the power of God, and a saint (my friend, being non-donominational does not believe in saints, they are of satan, to divert ur attention from god) we told him that this girl was healing people through God.. and he said OK God can do that, but she is also using the power of a saint, oh you know the devil can heal too...
this to me seems bizzare that anything can go either way, you're being lied too, but who is, you dont know what is going on!!

edit: i thought you said you were a christian, ok nvm, but still for other christians who read this i`ll leave that

The christian religion is fear based without any doubt. Love is just a word they use to cover up the deceits and inconsistencies they teach. IMHO the christian church worships the opposite to whom they claim to worship.
Funny that they reckon the the "messiah" will "return" when all mankind knows of him, but that in itself contradicts the supposed Jesus' parable teaching that states "wide and well-trodden is the path to damnation, for many there are that travel that way." Seems to me christians are beating a wide and well-trodden path, and want everyone else to join in. Nuh-uh! ~ I'll stick to the narrow least trodden path, thank you very much!
PS jefferson ~ check out the Thomas Jefferson bible.

That's how it is. I think that's one thing that has allways given the church so much damn authority. They tell someone about hell and they are scared into believing it. You'll allways hear a Christian tell someone about hell. "DOn't you want to go to heaven?" That's the first thing I get when I tell my peers I'm not a Christian and I don't go for monotheism at all. Hell is the one thing that has given Christianity it's "Biggest religion" status.

I figure that if god approves of that and actually tosses people into hell merely for believing differently, he's a rotten bastard, and I'll accept that hell, 'cause I don't wanna hang out with an a-hole god.

I don't quite get what you said, or i Think we are talking of different context, what i was just flabagasted by was how he said one thing then one word made it go the other direction, but if both dirrections can heal, what's so different about each? (in this case)
